What are your delivery options?
We are so happy to be doing business with you! We usually get items shipped out within 2-4 business days. We ship everything through USPS (postal service) at a flat rate of $6.50 and use priority mail which takes 2-4 days depending on your location. If you would like to have an item overnight-ed please call us and we can take care of that for you
Do you provide International delivery?

How do I return an item and where do I send my return?
When returning an item to Fancy Fab Boutique, please follow the Return Policy below and be sure to include the return policy form.

What is your returns policy?
Your return will be processed 5 to 10 business days upon receiving. If you are exchanging for different size or item include that on your return form or the money will be refunded back to you on the original payment used for your purchase.
Additional Rules and Regulations:
- A Return form MUST be included with the returned item, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the return form.
- Items must be returned with original tags ATTACHED and original invoice included.
- Items must be received in original, unused condition.
- Refund issued will not include original shipping charges.
Returns MUST be post marked within 10 days of the date you received the item.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We highly recommend tracking your return as Fancy Fab is not responsible for lost or damaged items shipped back.
- Defective Items: Send a picture of the damaged merchandise within 3 days of receiving the item too WITH your order # and we will initiate replacement.
- Clearance Items are NON-returnable. We enforce this policy strictly and you will NOT receive a refund on those products.
We can’t guarantee an item will be in stock by the time we receive your return. For a better chance at receiving the correct item please do all returns in a timely manner.
How can I contact your couriers?
When you purchase from Fancy Fab Boutique you will get a tracking # with your order. From there you can connect with USPS if you have any questions. Fancy Fab Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged items shipped back if you are returning an item.
